Thank you to all the parents and children who came together to make a very special Valentine’s Day at Freeplay X: Let Love Be Heard for the Earth on February 14.
Our space was filled with laughter, free play, and the joyful smiles of children running, playing, and exploring nature to the fullest. It was a day of fun, learning, and warm family moments shared together.
Highlight: “Water Source Detectives”
The children went on an adventure in the wetland area, observing tiny insects and searching for small aquatic creatures. They discovered who lives where and learned why clean water is essential for all living things. It felt like a real little explorer mission—fun, exciting, and full of hands-on learning.
We believe that free play in nature is a vital foundation for children’s growth.
When children touch the soil, water, wind, and sunlight, they are not only having fun—they are also developing life skills, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and a deeper understanding of the ecosystems around them.
This small wetland is therefore more than just a playground.
It is a nature classroom that teaches the interconnectedness of life and plants the seeds of environmental care in the hearts of our children.
