Saturday, May 23, 2026 — Freeplay #5: Urban Nature Detective 
A big thank you to all our young urban nature detectives who joined us in exploring biodiversity together at Santiwana Eco Community.
Throughout the activity, every child practiced the skills of a Citizen Scientist by carefully “exploring, observing, analyzing, identifying, and recording” the nature around them. From birds and terrestrial insects to aquatic insects and a wide variety of plants, the children stayed curious and engaged from morning until noon without getting tired at all 
The activity reminded us that nature at Santiwana Eco Community is always full of stories waiting to be discovered.
